CCMT Project Calendar for May 2024 - April 2025
Hosting 1 or 2 walkathons is the only opportunity that will be available until we raise enough funds to begin the in-person part of our mission that the pandemic took away from us. All the other virtual opportunities will be put on hold and may or may not be resurrected once the in-person caroling has been established.
Personal Walk-a-thon - All Year Round Some Virtual Hours Available for Planning

10 - 16 hours per person per walk-a-thon

Some Virtual Online Planning Sessions
Consider hosting 1 or 2 personal walk-a-thons for the year to help us raise some much needed funds for the in-person touring we are doing!
Each walk-a-thon you host will include one 2 hour planning session on the first Saturday of the month online from 10am - Noon with a CCMT representative as well as two CCMT representatives to assist you and your participants on the day of your walk-a-thon.
Registration Fee: $15.00 per participant.
You can host your walk-a-thons alone or with another student and both receive equal hours (with equal participation)!

Do you like to sing or play a musical instrument? You do not have to be the perfect singer, you just need to have a perfect enthusiasm to learn the songs and share your smile when we ring the doorbells and start singing.

Every Friday Rehearsal Sept. 6 - Dec. 15 (except Nov. 24)

2 Days / 18 hours
Tour Saturday Dec. 14 & Sunday Dec. 15, 2024

Annual Awards Celebration Saturday Jan. 11, 2025

We MUST begin preparations NOW.
(Must attend all rehearsals, complete the entire tour and sing at the awards celebration in order to receive the hours).
Exact Rehearsal location will be in New Haven, but determined late August.
