High School Students, Middle School, Elementary Students and Adults! Come and sing your hearts out and have  a ton of fun at the same time - even people who don't think they can sing have joined us and have fun.

This is a big undertaking, but we know you have what it takes! We have seen the results first hand and we keep getting invited back every year! We average 27 - 30 stops for the weekend tour.  Our tour dates are the last weekend before Christmas and at the Annual Awards Banquet in January.

Every Friday night 7pm - 8:30pm

September - December

Goodie Bag Days

We like to give something tangible to those we sing to each year. We need hours of help from adults and students of all ages to do shopping, designing, decorating/ filling goodie bags,  threading bookmarks, writing Christmas cards, making plaques and more.  This is a great way to show off or develop your creativity!  Every hour a high school student completes adds to their community service hours for graduation.  Watching the eyes of the recipients light up and tear up is worth the  effort every time!

Every Saturday 2pm - 4pm

September - December

Office / Secretarial

High School and Middle School Students can help with hours of preparing packets, printing and assembling songbooks, forms, code of conduct, stapling, filing, writing out and stuffing envelopes and Christmas cards for mailings etc... We also need typists, PowerPoint creations / slideshows, videography, photography, quarterly newsletter writers,  website and social media maintenance.  Again, put your talents and skills to excellent use or discover and develop them! Every hour completed adds to your community service requirements.

Every Saturday 2pm - 4pm

Year Round Fundraising

Students and adults of all ages all year long! We here at CCMT believe that Christmas should be alive in our hearts every day of the year.  Join us for Walk-a-thon's and pledges, doing odd jobs / housework from our Fundraising Catalogue for a donation for people you know.  Mow the lawn, shovel snow, plant a garden, rake leaves.  Help someone move, clean or organize a closet, work the Annual Awards Banquet, Art & Bake Sale,  clean the inside of someones car etc.  Earn additional service hours and banquet tickets for family / friends!

Tax deductible receipt letters will be assigned to volunteers to give to the donors to help track their progress.

This can be done on your schedule all year round!

Annual Awards Banquet

Everyone gets recognized at this banquet in January. It is a recap of what we have accomplished over the last year and a forecast of where we are going in the new year! Help with the banquet set up, decorating, greeting guests, ticket sales, collecting tickets, tearing down and packing things up and earn your hours and additional banquet tickets!  It is also a chance to dress up, enjoy a scrumptious dinner buffet and deserts and be celebrated for all you have done and inspired for what CCMT will offer in the year ahead.

 2nd Saturday every January
